John Schweninger, our lead inspector and founder, is a licensed and certified professional with more than 7 years of experience inspecting homes in North Carolina and bringing more than 25 years of property management experience to the inspection industry. With a passion for helping people and a sharp eye for detail, we take pride in making every inspection report thorough and educational for our clients.
